Ingredients needed:
- 2 teaspoons of sage
- 1 teaspoon of St. John’s wort
- 1 teaspoon of lavender
- 1 teaspoon chamomile (optional)
Method of preparation:
Combine the first three herbs specified, and you can also add chamomile to enhance the aroma of the tea. Pour a teaspoon of the mixture into a glass, then cover with boiling water. Allow the tea to brew for 30 to 60 seconds before straining and drinking. If you have a headache, drink 1/4 cup every half hour until it goes away. The drink can be consumed either hot or cold.
