Stir-fry finely chopped onion. Sliced mushrooms should be added after the mixture has stewed in its own liquid.
After adding salt, pepper, and bay leaf, add water to the cooked mushrooms. On a low heat, prepare it.
Beets should be boiled and then chopped into thin sticks before being added to the mushroom mixture. Let it simmer until it’s time to serve by adding the vinegar and some finely chopped parsley.
