Natural Remedies For Hormone Regulation

Hot water with lemon

Hot lemon water stimulates weight loss, removes toxins from the body, strengthens immunity and improves skin condition. The reason is that lemon affects the satiety hormone – leptin. If leptin is not in equilibrium, the body begins to form fatty deposits. Lemon helps to avoid dehydration and improves digestion.

Tea from raspberry leaves
