Against inflammation of the sinuses
On a hot stove, place a pot with some water and shredded horseradish.
Remove the pot from the heat once it begins to steam, lean over it, cover your head with a towel, and breathe in the steam for up to 10 minutes. The best time to do this is right before bed.

With a wooden spoon, combine 3 cups of honey, 5 tablespoons of lemon juice, and 5 tablespoons of horseradish. For two months, consume one teaspoon three times each day, one hour before meals. Keep the mixture cold and covered.

Add 2 deciliters of boiling water to 10 grams of grated horseradish, cover, and let sit for a few minutes. Lumidify and then strain. It takes two to three tiny cups every day.
Against asthma
Horseradish that has been grated and cooked in 4 tablespoons portions over low heat with 1 cup of apple cider vinegar. Strain the horseradish after it has cooled, then stir in the honey. On low heat, add the honey to the filtered liquid and continue cooking until the mixture thickens. After combining the cooked portion and horseradish, let it cool. Take one tablespoon of the mixture each morning and evening while keeping the mixture in the refrigerator.
