Method of preparation:
In a blender, combine the peeled horseradish and ginger root, then add the freshly squeezed lemon juice. Blend for another three minutes, then add the honey and cinnamon and blend until the mixture is completely smooth. In a plastic container, store the syrup.
How to use it:
Twice a day, before a meal, take one tablespoon of the syrup. After three weeks of use, take a break of one week.
