No Ice Cream Maker? No Problem. Make This Coconut Milk Ice Cream With Just 4 Ingredients

If you enjoy ice cream, this recipe will quickly become one of your favourites! Despite being dairy-free and Paleo-friendly, it just has four simple ingredients. You don’t even need an ice cream mixer to create it!

All of its ingredients are healthful, such as coconut milk, and it does not contain any of the sugary mixes found in other types of ice cream. You can even substitute coconut cream for the coconut milk, which is available in all health food stores.

Coconuts are high in healthful nutrients and greatly promote health in a variety of ways. They include a lot of nutrients, fibre, and vitamins C, B1, B3, B5, B6, and E.

The cream that rises during the manufacturing of coconut milk, which consists of shredding and heating the flesh, is used to make coconut cream. In the case of lactose intolerance, the milk can properly replace milk because it delivers the same benefits but does not disturb the stomach.

Coconuts, like all nuts, are high in fat and calories. These saturated fats are short and medium chain fatty acids that include anti-infectious and anti-viral properties.
