  • 1 cup chickpeas (cooked and cooled, or you can just use canned produce)
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • a handful cilantro
  • 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 avocado
  • pink Himalayan salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 jalapeño (remove the seeds)
