This Homemade Recipe Will Heal Painful Joints After The First Use

Mix all the ingredients well until you get a homogeneous mixture. Place the prepared mixture in an empty box of hand cream or some other packaging.


It is advisable to perform this process before going to bed so that the joints can rest after the treatment. Apply some of the mixture to the hurting area, cover with a plastic bag, and tie with a warm wool scarf. So, leave for 1.5-2 hours. In the morning, clean the area.
