Fluffy Garlic Cauliflower Cakes Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 cups of cauliflower florets
- 2 tablespoons of avocado oil
- 2 tablespoons of minced chives
- 1/3 cup of arrowroot flour
- A large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic
- 4 cups of water
Instructions:
Bring water to a boil in a medium stockpot before adding the cauliflower. After 8 to 10 minutes, drain the cauliflower and continue cooking. After that, add it and combine for 30 seconds in a food processor. Next, pulse for 10 seconds while adding the egg, garlic, chives, sea salt, and arrowroot flour.
A tablespoon of avocado oil should be heated in a medium skillet for two minutes at medium heat.
When the skillet is heated, spoon 1/4 cup of the cauliflower mixture onto it, form it into a circle, and cook it for 5 minutes on each side. The remaining mixture should be used again.
