We share a formula for a fresh drink that will furnish the body with a great deal of nutrient C, hydrate you, accelerate digestion, and not last, diminish hunger.

Here are the ingredients you need:
- 1.5 l of water
- 1 medium large cucumber sliced into thin slices
- 1 little piece of finely chopped ginger root
- 1 lemon chopped into thin slices
- 10 sheets of fresh mint
Pour water into a jug and add the other ingredients to it. Allow to stand overnight and remove lemon, cucumber and ginger and mint in the morning. Drink from this drink for at least 4 weeks when you feel thirsty, hungry or at night before bedtime.
