Tomato Juice Can Help Lower Blood Pressure

New research demonstrates that consuming a glass of tomato juice can help lower blood pressure while lessening the danger of heart disease.

Japanese researchers have been working on this for a year, finding that people who consume a glass of tomato juice once a day have lower blood pressure. The same group of people have stabilized their cholesterol levels, which is great news for those suffering from heart disease.
