— Roll the towel and fix it with some tape. Then, sit on the floor and apply the towel under your back leveled with your navel. Make sure that the towel is a little bit wider than the width of your back.

Now lie down, spread your legs shoulder width apart, and lean your legs so that your big toes meet. Extend your arms over your head and turn your palms down so that your two tiny fingers touch.
