Recipe for Moonshine Pumpkin Pie
Add a couple of cups of a sweet vodka to a few cups of Everclear. Fill an appropriate, larger container with the alcohol.
Then, mix the following ingredients in another container:
- 1 can of 100% pumpkin
- 2 1/2 teaspoons of ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon of nutmeg
- 2 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 3 teaspoons of cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground cloves
After thoroughly combining all the ingredients using a mixer or whisk, add one gallon of apple cider vinegar.
Pour the finished product into the mason jars after adding the alcohol. They should be tightly sealed and kept in the fridge for two weeks.
