Banana recipe against cough:
- 2 medium ripe bananas (bananas with dots are most beneficial)
- 13/5 oz / 400 ml of boiling water
- 2 tablespoons sugar or honey (honey loses its nutrients at high temperatures, so you should take care to add it when the mixture is slightly cooled)
The preparatory process:
Peel the bananas. Use a spoon or a fork to mash them. You should use a wooden or plastic spoon or fork so that the bananas won’t become black. Stir well after adding the sugar. If honey is to be used, add it last, after the mixture has cooled.
