Iron deficiency is the most common mineral deficiency in humans, although the symptoms are so minor that they go unrecognized or disregarded.

Anemia is caused by an insufficient supply of iron in the body. Hemoglobin, one of the most important proteins in human bodies, is directly responsible for the transfer of oxygen to red blood cells.

If you have any of the following symptoms, you should see a doctor or get your blood count checked.

Symptoms:

  • pallor of skin color
  • dizziness
  • drowsiness
  • weakness
  • fatigue
  • loss of appetite
  • palpitations
  • dizziness
  • anemia often leads to malaise

Do not underestimate any of these symptoms. Anemia can also be the cause of sexual dysfunction, headaches, nervousness, forgetfulness, lack of concentration and poor work activity.

It is not required to exhibit all of the symptoms; everyone exhibits some. If you don’t have time to go to the doctor, watch what you eat. On your plate, include additional beef, beans, nuts, fruits, and veggies. Consume vitamin C-rich foods and avoid milk and coffee.
