Start the Day With Crispy Vegetables, Indian Nuts and Sweet Chili Sauce

Sometimes everything you need is just a good but simple recipe for a healthy breakfast.

Ingredients needed (for 4 servings):

  • 300 grams of champignons
  • 1 small head kale
  • 1 small broccoli head
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 fresh hot pepper
  • 2 youngs onion
  • 50 grams of Indian walnuts
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 centimeters of ginger root
  • 2 tablespoons of corn flour
  • 3 tablespoons peanut oil
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
  • Salt
  • Red pepper

Method of preparation:

Well perfect the mushrooms, and cut them into bigger pieces and placed them in the flour. Draw them aside until the point that you set up the vegetables.

Cut the carrots into circles, and from the broccoli, separate the flowers. Red pepper first clean it and after that cut it into cubes. Cut the kale on the lines, and the garlic and ginger to the smallest cubes.. Furious pepper, alongside the youthful garlic, cut into thin tiles. Sprinkle Indian walnuts in a dry skillet.

Heat the peanut oil into a deep pan. Add chopped garlic, ginger and hot pepper. Mix quickly and add all other vegetables. Fry for several minutes, and stir stir until you let the vegetables soften. Then, add salt, soy sauce, rice wine and sweet chili sauce. Fry for several minutes, until the sauce begins to thicken. Finally, add the young onion and fried Indian nuts.

Mix well again, and serve it while it’s warm.
