For the mild-tempered persons, raw cabbage or steamed boiler is recommended, because it contains an abundance of necessary mineral salts, vitamins, and chlorophyll.
In folk medicine the juice of cabbage is recommended as an ulcer treatment in the stomach. This healing drink should be consumed between meals, and if it causes impediments to digestion, one hour after eating. In that case, before the meal, chamomile and cumin tea should be taken.
To get juice, chop 500 g of cabbage, ground it, include some salt and given it a chance to stand. At that point deplete the cabbage through the bandage, and keep the juice in the cooler.
