Everyone, especially children, adores pancakes.
In the morning, the tall stack of pancakes on the kitchen table is arguably the most gorgeous way to start the day!
Pancakes are particularly tasty and can be served with a variety of jams, creams, nuts, fruit, honey, and other toppings. However, most commercial pancakes contain gluten, additional processed sugar, hydrogenated fats, bleached white flour, and other ingredients.
However, because making pancakes is simple and enjoyable, there is no need to buy commercial pancakes and expose yourself and your family to that health risk. Only two wonderfully healthy ingredients are used in this recipe for delightful and healthful pancakes: bananas and eggs.
Eggs are a tasty food that is featured in practically every household’s at least one daily meal. They are high in vitamins, omega-3 fatty acids, and proteins, which aid in weight loss, raise HDL (or “good”) cholesterol, alleviate inflammation, and prevent heart disease, among other things.

Bananas, on the other hand, are incredibly nutritious and, when added to a recipe, provide a variety of health benefits as well as a solid structure. They are high in antioxidants, fibre, minerals, vitamins, and nutrients like:
- Protein
- Vitamin B6
- Magnesium
- Potassium
- Copper
- Vitamin C
- Net carbs
- Manganese
Bananas successfully manage blood sugar levels and create a sense of fullness. Bananas include two types of fibre: resistant starch and pectin, both of which lessen appetite after meals by slowing stomach emptying and both of which regulate blood sugar levels.
Because of the potassium in bananas, they also help to lower blood pressure. As a result, they are an ideal food for promoting heart health.
