Ingredients:
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric (can be increased to 1 tsp)
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple or mango chunks
- 1 fresh banana
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 cup hemp or coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon Maca (optional)
Prepare this smoothie using organic ingredients only. Take care not to substitute coconut or hemp milk with actual milk. If necessary, use almond milk.
Method of preparation:
Put all ingredients in a blender and mix until you get smooth and homogenous mixture.
Consume this extremely delicious turmeric smoothie every morning on an empty stomach.
