For a healthy organism to perform at its best, proper liver function is necessary. You may have symptoms of feeling significantly less than your best if there is any congestion or toxic accumulation in your liver. A liver cleanse may be beneficial in treating a wide range of symptoms that can be brought on by the buildup of fats and toxins in the liver.
A liver cleanse enhances metabolic and digestive processes. The majority of people, including kids, get liver stones. Some even exhibit symptoms of allergies or rashes, while others do not.
The majority of the various forms of stones contain crystals of cholesterol. When dietary cholesterol levels are too high, the excess frequently forms tiny, colored aggregates resembling pebbles.
Around the core, which is represented by dead bacteria, liver stones begin to form. One of the causes of the majority of cholesterol staying in the body and gradually rising to higher levels is the stones.
Bacteria, parasites, and viruses that collect in the stones can go to the liver. This makes the body’s environment ideal for infections, which raises the concentration of dangerous bacteria there. It is impossible to treat stomach ulcers and infections without first having the stones removed.
While pregnant, nursing, contagious, or suffering from a serious illness, avoid performing the liver cleanse!

Ingredients:
- 4 tsp Epsom salt, unrefined
- 1/2 cup olive oil, cold pressed
- 1 large or 2 small grapefruits, juiced
Choose days when you can take it easy. The day before you perform the cleanse, avoid taking any medications or additional vitamins or minerals because they will disrupt the entire procedure.
For breakfast and lunch eat foods that do not contain fat, like fruit or fruit juice. Avoid butter, milk and vegetables with salt, or chips. These foods increase the pressure in the bile duct of the liver, which prevents disposing of more stones (crystallized toxins in the liver).
Schedule:
2pm
At this point you should stop eating or drinking anything, because if you eat anything, you may feel pain later.
Prepare the salt. Combine 4 teaspoons of unrefined salt and 3 cups of water. Pour the mixture in a glass bottle. Keep it in the fridge until it cools enough. This step is important as it will improve its taste.
6pm
Drink the first quarter of the cold saline remedy
8pm
Drink the second quarter. You will still feel no hunger. Remember, you should take the dose on time, as it is essential for the success of the cleansing treatment.
9:45pm
Juice the grapefruit and add in half a cup of cold pressed olive oil. Put the lid on and shake until you get a smooth consistency. Go to the bathroom before drinking the juice.
10pm
Drink the grapefruit juice and if you suffer from insomnia, take some valerian. Drink it while standing for 5 minutes. Go to bed.
The sooner you lie down, the more gallstones will come out from your liver.
Ideally on a pillow, lie on your back with your head slightly lifted. Do not move for 20 minutes.
The stones may feel like marbles as they slide through the channels. Because the salt has opened your liver channels, you won’t experience any pain. You can now rest soundly.
The next morning, take the third dose. Wait to drink the saline solution if you get nausea. Take the medication after 6 a.m.
After two hours, take the fourth dose.
Two hours later, you can eat. Eat some fruit after 30 minutes after starting with some fresh fruit juice.
Eat your normal meals an hour later. Keep your meals light, and you’ll feel completely restored by supper.
How successful was your cleansing?
Morning diarrhoea is possible. Because of the cholesterol they contain, the stones occasionally rise to the surface of the water. You can count them, and you can. Once you have removed around 2,000 stones, you will be completely purified. After two weeks, repeat the procedure. If you have an illness or some specific health issue, avoid the cleanse.
Occasionally cholesterol crystals rather than stones occupy the hepatic pathways; these crystals can be seen on the toilet’s surface as a greenish material.
Is the liver cleansing safe?
- Yes, the cleansing process is safe. It was introduced by Dr Hulda Clark, and it was done on about 500 people. Many of these were older than 70. None of them felt pain or went to the hospital.
- You may feel weak or exhausted after the cleanse, but only for a day or two.
- You have managed to remove the stones without a surgery.
- This cleansing method is hundreds of years old, and its origin is still unknown.
Note: Do not change the schedule or the recipe, because it will affect the cleansing treatment, and the liver is pretty sensitive to details.
