- 1/4 cup Marshmallow Root
- 1/4 cup Chamomile Flowers
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Cinnamon
- 1 cup honey
- 250 ml of filtered water
Water should be added to a medium saucepan. Boil the herbs in water after adding the dried herbs. Simmer the mixture by lowering the heat. Once the liquid has evaporated by half, turn off the heat.
