Dragon fruit sorbet recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 4 ripe magenta-fleshed dragon fruits
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup cold water (only if the fruit is not ripe)
  • 4 tablespoons sugar (optional)

Instructions:

If the dragon fruit is not ripe and juicy, add water to the blender after peeling it. Then, if you’ve decided to use it, add the sugar and lemon juice, and mix until smooth.

The mixture should then be added to an ice cream maker and frozen.

The sorbet should then soften for 10 minutes at room temperature before being served.
