Turmeric is a potent spice that is frequently used in Indian food, and Indians have traditionally used it to heal liver and stomach problems.
Curcumin, a key ingredient in turmeric, has been shown to have several health advantages, including antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, antiviral, antioxidant, and anti-cancer effects.
Since it activates the enzymes that actively contribute to the elimination of carcinogenic chemicals and so takes part in liver detoxification, turmeric is also very advantageous for the health of the liver.
