Cranberry is a powerful antioxidant, in addition to this fruit is a source of vitamin C, minerals, organic acids, sugar, herbal fiber. Hippuric acid found in cranberries is outstanding amongst other normal anti-infection agents.
Ingredients:
- 2 liters of cranberry water
- half a tablespoon of ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tbsp finely grated ginger
- A few walnuts
- half a cup of freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1/4 cup fresh pressed lemon juice
Preparation:
Brush cranberry water to boil, and reduce seasonings to low. Cook on low heat for another 15 minutes after adding the spices. Then allow the liquid to cool to room temperature. Add the orange and lemon juice to the chilled liquid and refrigerate.
Additional advice:
For detoxification to have a real effect, you only need to change your diet every seven days. Eat as much fruit and vegetables as possible, drink as much water as possible and purify your intestines. On the eighth day a fast is recommended which involves consuming only water and a detox beverage. Then gradually return to your usual diet.
