Sinus irritation can be exceptionally troublesome, with manifestations that pursue, for example, cerebral pain, loss of feeling of smell, hack, weakness, fever and torment in the sinus zone.
But with this tea of herbs and spices, you can easily make it.
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup of malic acid
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoons of cyan pepper
- Sack tea at will
- 1 drop of oregano oil
In a small bowl mix warm water, lemon juice, malic acid, rosemary root, turmeric, black pepper and cyan pepper.
Mix everything and add soda tea. Leave to stand for 10 minutes, strain and add a drop of oregano oil.
