The symptoms themselves may vary from moderate to extreme or chronic lower back pain and typically the causes are associated with decreased physical activity, weight gain or excessive sitting.
Yet pain may also be a symptom of less apparent diseases.

Endometriosis
Endometriosis is a condition caused by female sex hormones, i.e. the hormones released cyclically during the menstrual cycle are responsible for its production and progression and therefore occur in reproductive age women. Endometriosis-related problems start in adolescence, and end after menopause. The precise cause of endometriosis is unclear, the disease’s progression is explained by many hypotheses and the genetic factor has been noted.
Endometriosis is a mild condition. During the menstrual cycle, the uterine cavity is filled with mucus, which is changed by hormones and is called endometrium.
Endometriosis occurs when the endometrial sections are outside the womb. These endometrial sections are most commonly present in clumps, on the surface of ovaries, and other pelvic organs. They can be found in the pelvic tissues, ligaments and pelvic muscles in rare cases deep down.
Certain organs can also be affected, such as the intestines, the urinary tract and even the lungs.
Disease of the digestive system
Experts say 75 percent of ulcer patients complain of lower back pain. Yet pancreatic-inflammatory patients also complain of the same symptoms.
Lack of physical activity can lead to back pain but strenuous exercise can have the same effects, particularly if it is improper. That is why the coaches advise you to be extremely careful during the first training sessions so that you do not get injured.
Oncological diseases
Tumors can compress the nerves, causing severe pain. Depending on the location of the tumors (small or large intestine, bladder, kidney or uterus) the pain may be differentiated.
The sooner you seek medical attention, the sooner you will be able to remove suspicion of serious illness.
