Ingredients required:
- 2 mature pears
- 2 teaspoons of honey
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 120 milliliters of yogurt
- 1 packing vanilla sugar
- 30 grams of chopped walnuts
- Dried fruits (optional)
Method of preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cut the pears in half and empty the middle. Cover the pan with baking paper and place the pears on it, then coat them with honey and sprinkle cinnamon from above, and a nutmeg. You can add dried fruit as desired. Bake for 30 minutes and remove them from the oven.
