Prep:

Wash the components thoroughly, but do not peel those with the outer skin. Cut the pears, cabbage, and celery and place them in the blender.

Pour in the water and mix for a minute before adding half a tbsp lemon peel. Add the lemon juice and mint, and blend again.

Serve right away.

When should I take it?

Drink two glasses of this liver-cleansing drink each day. One glass in the morning and another in the evening, two hours before bedtime.
