If you have stomach troubles, take ginger root (2.5 to 5 cm long), 1 to 2 glasses of water, and honey (optional). Wash, peel, grate, or finely slice the ginger root. Meanwhile, heat the water on the burner and add the ginger. Boil for around 3 minutes before simmering for another 2 minutes. Remove from the heat, filter, and add honey if preferred.
Drink this drink slowly, sip by sip.
Another option is apple cider vinegar which will also help. It is widely used as an antiseptic, but it can also help with digestive problems, as it aids in the absorption of nutrients and relieves stomach pain.
Put a few teaspoons in a glass of cold or warm water. To absorb the nutrients, drink this drink before meals. But use only apple cider vinegar, not any other kind.
