Cardiologists Have Discovered Which Fish Is Great For The Heart

Deaths from cardiovascular disease jumped globally from 12.1 million in 1990 to 20.5 million in 2021, according to a May 2023 World Heart Federation (WHF) report.

“Omega-3 fatty acids have been shown to reduce triglyceride levels, reduce vascular inflammation and reduce the risk of arrhythmias,” says the cardiologist.

The cardiologist concludes: “Research has shown that eating fish four or more times a week can reduce the risk of heart attack.” “Even just two servings of fish a week can reduce the risk of death in people already diagnosed with cardiovascular disease.”
