Back pain is a widespread health concern nowadays, with millions of individuals suffering from it all over the world. Regardless matter how busy or passive our lifestyle is, our spine can be easily harmed while performing daily chores.

1st Exercise
Lean on the right knee and try to stretch the leg behind you. The left leg should be bowed at the knee. Hold this position for 30 seconds.
2nd Exercise
Stretch the right arm out to the side, at a right angle to the torso, while laying on your back. Then, in order to be straight, try stretching the left leg. Next, extend your right knee to the left till it almost touches your left hand. Hold this position for 20 seconds. Rep for both knees twice.
3rd Exercise
Bend your legs at the knees while lying on your back. Pull the left leg towards your torso with both hands at the knee. Hold for 20 seconds before repeating the exercise with both legs.

4th Exercise
You must lie on your back, bend your left leg at the knee, and cross the lower portion of your right leg across your left thigh. The knee should be pointed out sideways at a right angle at this point. Pull the left leg gently towards the head and hold for 30 seconds. Then, switch the legs’ positions and do it again.
5th Exercise
While lying on your back, bend your right leg at the knee and extend your left leg above your head. Pull it towards your torso with both hands and hold for half a minute. Repeat for the other leg.
