The cheapest option is to grow your own wheat grass and drain it in a juicer. To grow you need ecological wheat, peat and soil seeds. Soak the seed in water for eight to twelve hours and let it stand in a glass jar.
Wash it in the next 24 hours three times. If you begin to noticea sprout, plant it on the ground surface (prepare three parts of the field for one section of the peat).
Sprinkle with water and cover with a jar so that it does not dry out quickly in the first three days. During the day, water it in the morning and spray it with water at night. On the fourth day, remove the jar, and set the container to stand in direct sunlight.
The ideal temperature for growing without mold is 21-26 degrees. If mold appears, you will have to start over.
When it grows up to around 20 cm, you can cut wheat grass. Extract it two days before cutting to allow chlorophyll synthesis. Plant a new seed in a new land for a new tour.
Wheat grass juice can be squeezed in a juicer or blended in a blender by adding water.
