Coconut oil, almonds and goat cheese are great options all day long but you can wake up before bedtime. It takes them a long time to digest and it will keep you awake while that process is going on. Less sleep, especially around the waist, means more fat.
Hot food will not be able to relax like healthy fats and the stomach will need more time to digest the food.
