- 360 milliliters of almond milk
- 60 grams of chia seeds
- 25 grams of cocoa powder
- 30-75 milliliters of maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Prune salt
- Forest fruits
Method of preparation:
Place every one of the fixings in a medium-sized compartment and blend well. Cover them and place them in an icebox for 3-5 hours (you can abandon them to stand medium-term). Then transfer them to serve and decorate with fruit, nuts or other healthy and natural supplements.
