In addition to cellulite, it is beneficial for influenza and colds, neck pain, swelling, circulatory issues, and swollen veins, avoiding hair loss, muscle aches, joints and rheumatism.
How to prepare it?
Sprinkle a sprig of fresh rosemary with the flowers and leaves (and possibly dry) into small pieces and place in a small bowl. You can also use more rosemary if you like. Top it with medical alcohol. Close well and let stand for 15 days in a dark place.
Then drain and place in a glass container to store in a dark place. You can use this tonic to massage your feet before bed at night or painful joints.
Do not use for face or near eye contact. Wash hands thoroughly after use.
