So clean your airways with only three ingredients that most of us have in the kitchen. The blend of ginger, onion and turmeric gives an amazing beverage.
Ginger for centuries is known for helping to get rid of excessive mucus in the lungs. The onion plays a major role in preventing various diseases of the airway, and the turmeric, rich in vitamins and minerals, has antiviral, antibacterial and anticancer properties.
You need it:
- 1 kg of onions
- 1 liter of water
- 400 g of sugar or honey
- 2 tablespoons turmeric
- 1 smaller root of ginger
Dissolve sugar or honey in the water, so put them on. Cut the onion heads on quarters, clean the root of ginger and put both into the fresh water. When the mixture boils again, add the turmeric and lower the fire. Boil on low heat until the amount of water is reduced by half. Stir and sprinkle in a glass jar. When the mixture is cooled, place it in the refrigerator. Every morning on an empty stomach consume two tablespoons of this elixir, as well as at night two hours after the last meal.
