They all contain a fixing that consumes calories. The end came after an examination with mice, which researchers gave resveratrol, comparable to individuals who expend 200-300 grams of berries or grapes daily. The results showed that rodents gained 40% less weight than those who did not take resveratrol.

The research shows that other polyphenolic chemicals in fruits can have a similar effect. “Polyphenols in the fruit, including resveratrol, increase gene expression, which improves the oxidation of food fats, so that the body does not burden,” explained prof. A leading researcher at a Washington State University study.

Rich in sweetening ingredients are blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, grapes and apples.
