Mid-autumn is a great time to get your body ready to try to protect yourself from viruses and colds that can be really boring.
Follow these simple rules and the next winter you’re very likely to get not sick:
Eat nutritionally rich foods, and if necessary, supplement with vitamin supplements to strengthen your body.
It’s understandable to be lazy, but remember that physical activity is half health.
Enter winter food
Warm soups, soups, teas, cocoa, all of which should be on your daily menu as early as fall. Use seasonal foods.
Don’t hide from the sun
Take advantage of the last sunny days to stay in the wild for a long time and “accumulate” enough vitamin D to survive the winter.
Prepare homemade soups
Try to eat at least one plate of homemade soup every day to get both vitamins and minerals and electrolytes.
