-Thyme

Thyme tea can help with lowering your blood pressure and muscle tension. It’s also one of the best natural remedies for anxiety

-Lavender

Lavender can help you strenght up your nervous system. A few drops of lavender oil added to a bath before bedtime are recommended for persons with sleep disorders.

2.Bath with essential oils

Taking a relaxing bath with few essential oils, like lavender, can reduce anxiety symptoms. You can also take a pot with hot water, add a little lavender oil, and inhale.

3.Exercising

Besides the facts that exercise is essential for your well-being, it can reduce anxiety by helping you stay focused. Exercising not only strengths your body, but also your mind.

4.Breathing deeply

It’s quite simple! Anxiety sometimes cause heart rushes and suffocating. These can be reduced if you stay focused on taking deep breaths. Also things like yoga or meditation have proven to be very helpful with anxiety attacks.
