It is needed:
- 2 cups spinach
- 1/2 large cup of blackberries
- 1/2 cucumber (impregnated)
- a few sheets of fresh mint
- spoon lemon juice or orange
1. Wash the fried fruit and vegetables well.
2.Cut the blackberries and cretaceous pieces into pieces.
3.Put all ingredients together in a blender.
4.Mix well, and if you want an ice drink, add a few ice cubes.
The drink contains:
Iron, fiber, proteins, electrolytes, potassium, magnesium, vitamins K, A, C, B1 and B6, folic acid and flavonoids.
